PBG will be putting together a series of seminars on basic and advanced training techniques which you can use to progress your training to the next level. The seminars will cover legs, back, chest, shoulders and arms. Each session will be approximately 2 hours and each body part session will be covered on a different day. This will give you over 10 hours worth of valuable information over the course of the seminars.
